The hotel had its ups and downs for me. The rooms were not ready on time, but they were clean and quiet with a terrace. The service was mainly friendly, though a bit grumpy at times. The location was convenient for accessing tourist spots but required some extra walking. The dining experience had its challenges, but the facilities were decent overall.
The rooms weren't ready initially, so we had to wait outside for about 2 hours, which was a bit inconvenient. However, during our stay on the 6th floor of the hotel, we found the rooms not properly set up for six people. The service was exceptional with a particularly courteous and helpful staff member, Fahmi, who was always available to offer advice and assistance. The location was excellent for accessing tourist spots, but required a fair amount of walking to reach main streets or public transportation. The dining options were limited around the hotel, necessitating a taxi to reach a restaurant, which was a bit of a hassle.
